Hello!

For over 10 years, I’ve been passionately studying Japan. My love for the country blossomed during my time at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Oriental Studies from the Institute of Asian and African Studies, focusing on Japan’s economic and urban development. My specialization language is Japanese.

My deep dive into Japanese architecture began while I lived in Tokyo and conducted research at Hitotsubashi University (一橋大学). Thanks to a grant from Japan’s Ministry of Education, I was able to further explore urban studies and even publish a research paper in Japanese.

Japanologist, Orientalist, Urban Studies Researcher.
