Dear Ginza
At the back of Central Ginza Street, a memorable commercial building boasts a textured geometric façade.
This site offers a view of the rear sides of office buildings, creating a gray ambiance that often leads pedestrians to overlook this street. The design of the Dear Ginza project was specifically crafted to draw attention and stand out in the urban landscape.

The standout feature is its glazed façade, made up of irregularly shaped facets. Recognizing the dull scenery from the windows, the architects chose a dual façade treatment — combining glass with intricately perforated aluminum, rather than relying on standard glass panels.

In the evening, the building radiates an abstract floral pattern, with the LED lighting color shifting in accordance with the seasons.
